Unser Taggiasca ist ein reinsortiges, kalt extrahiertes Olivenöl, hergestellt ausschließlich aus einer der edelsten Olivensorten Italiens.
Zart in der Nase, rund im Geschmack, mit einer sanften Mandelnote und feinen Kräutern im Abgang. Dicht, harmonisch, ausgewogen – geschaffen, um jede Speise zu veredeln: roh wie gekocht, vom zarten Fisch bis zur gegrillten Aubergine.
Die Taggiasca-Olive wächst traditionell auf terrassenförmig angelegten Hügeln, durchzogen von alten Trockenmauern aus Stein – ein Landschaftsbild, das über Jahrhunderte geformt wurde. Maschinen haben hier keinen Platz. Geerntet wird von Hand, mit Geduld, Präzision – und tiefem Respekt vor der Natur.
Es trägt in sich das Erbe einer Region, die seit Generationen für Oliven lebt.
